Last updated 24 July 2026

By downloading or using SyncEar (the App), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

SyncEar lets you share audio between nearby devices over Bluetooth or WiFi. It requires compatible devices and works best on Android 11 or newer. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific audio quality, or perfect synchronization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SyncEar.

3. Your content and conduct

You are solely responsible for the audio you broadcast. You may only share audio you have the right to share, and you must not use SyncEar to broadcast or receive content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful, or that violates any third party rights (including copyright). You agree to comply with all applicable laws.

4. Intellectual property

SyncEar and its design belong to its creators. Any audio you share belongs to you or its rightful owner, we do not monitor, record, or store it, and we accept no responsibility for it.

5. Hearing and safety

You control your own playback volume. Protect your hearing, because prolonged or loud audio can cause damage, for which you are responsible. Do not use SyncEar in any way that distracts you while driving or operating machinery.

The App is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creators of SyncEar from any claim arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.

9. Paid features

Any future paid features or subscriptions will be governed by additional terms shown at purchase, and payments will be handled by a third party provider under their own terms.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or discontinue the App at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it, and the date above will change when we update.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
